Tasseron makes temperature measuring on a pipe surface easy. The new universal contact sensor can be applied onto a wide range of pipe diameters. It comes with a tie-wrap that makes it simple and flexible to mount to various pipes. Also the compact sensor has a spring loaded contact surface to ensure an excellent contact with the pipe, even after a long period of time. All this makes the sensor ideal for heating installations in which a lot of different pipe diameters are used.

 

This universal mounting method saves a lot of time when installing. It can be placed quickly and anywhere on the pipe without any preparation such as drilling holes and making screw thread. Even more installation time is saved thanks to the easy-to-strip cable that is already on the sensor. The factory also offers the option to have connectors mounted such as Molex, Lumberg, Tyco, JST, Faston, Hirschmann and to choose from various types of measuring elements like NTC, Pt100 or Pt1000.
